How to use :
You simply place the inhaler tip just below your nostril.
The proper way is to hold the inhaler just below your nose and slowly inhale. Slowly is the key. Count slowly 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. as you inhale. Then hold for another count of 5, and then slowly exhale.
What this does is help your body to absorb and utilize the essential oil. It gives the essential oil molecules a chance to be absorbed into your bloodstream. Once they are there, they can be delivered throughout the body and to the brain as needed.
Repeat the above procedure – 2 to 3 times for each nostril and then you are done. You can use your nasal inhaler every 2-3 hours if needed.
When you smell/inhale an essential oil, cells in the nose receive the aroma molecules and send signals to the limbic system of the brain. The limbic system rules the emotions, which is why smelling certain essential oils often triggers emotions including a sense of peace, joy, contentment or excitement.
Fill/Refill inhaler :
- Unscrew the aluminum bottom cap
- Insert the essential oil-saturated cotton wick inside the aluminum inhaler
- Screw the aluminum bottom cap tightly
- Unscrew the top aluminum cover
- Inhale from aluminum inhaler & Screw the top aluminum cover
